TWO 2-hour Workshops FREE With This Class On Saturday, June 26 and Saturday, July 10 - 2 - 4PM Central Time. These are “hands-on” writing classes - writing students can ask questions and work on their writing, pitches, and submissions. Attendance is optional for all Level 2 and Up Writing Students.

Class Content - This course is made for writers who want to go to the next level. Mary’s unique teaching style will leave you encouraged as you increase your writing competence and your chances for professional publication. All students will create at least one professional pitch, bio, and article for submission. We cannot guarantee publication. ( However, Mary is obsessed with making “it “ happen for you, so please feel free to do the publishing happy dance write now!)

Please join Mary for a 6-week remote all-level writing workshop - created for published and experienced writers, beginners and amateurs, and people who simply want to explore their life story in a safe, supportive space.

This innovative remote writing class includes wildly creative writing prompts, short meditation practices, inspired readings, thoughtful assignments, and lively group discussions which will:

• guide you through the process of writing essays, poems, and short stories which can be edited and submitted for publication, revised into book chapters, shared with close friends and/or family members, or kept private (only shared with our writing group)

• inspire creative risk-taking and playfulness within a safe, inclusive community

• teach you how to become your own best friend and heal from the shame, guilt, and regret so many of us carry

• practice writing “on the fly”, improve your storytelling skills, and become adept at prioritizing creative endeavors amidst busy seasons and uncertain times.
